The
premises are let to you for holiday purposes only for
the period stated on the receipt.

Premises
are available from 2pm on the day of your arrival and
are to be vacated by 10am on the day of your departure.
The place is to be locked and the keys returned to
our office by 10am. If the office is closed please
place keys in slot through the door.

A
deposit of 30% is required to confirm the booking with
the balance paid in full on arrival.

In
the event of a cancelled booking by you, the deposit
is not refundable within 14 days of occupancy. For
cancellations 15+ days of occupancy the deposit is
refundable less a cacellation fee of $50.

All
bed and bathroom linen are provided but guests should
bring their beach towels. If guests are wanting a change
of sheets and towels during their stay an extra charge
will apply.

No
responsibility is taken for occupants personal property
left on the premises.

With
telephone, internet and postal bookings, the description
of the premises is made in good faith but no responsibility
for misdescription can be accepted.

No
person on the premises shall be guilty of conduct that
is a nuisance to adjoining or neighburing occupiers.
In home units, strata title by-laws must be adhered
to.

In
the event of the property being offered for sale, the
occupier agrees to allow the owner or is agent to inspect
the property with prospective purchasers during reasonable
hours by appointment.

Breakages
and losses to the property are to be reported to the
agent and paid for immediately.

In
the event that an electrical appliance breaks down
every reasonable endeavour will be made to repair,
replace or hire an alternative. The owner accepts no
responsibility for any inconvenience.
